Direct is the default. It carries the whole current range for men, women and kids, it gets new models first, and it is the only source that guarantees a genuine pair with the manufacturer’s warranty behind it. Amazon stocks Vivos and is worth a look for two reasons: Prime delivery, and sizes that have sold out on the Vivo site. Prices sometimes undercut direct, sometimes do not.

Check the seller before you order. It needs to say Vivo Barefoot Official or Sold by Amazon. Unfamiliar third party sellers are where the counterfeits and the mislabelled sizes come from, and a return costs you the week you were meant to be breaking the shoes in.

eBay, Vinted and the rest

Resale is the cheapest route and the only one that will find you a discontinued model. eBay is the obvious start. Get these right before you order

1. Size from the official Vivo guide, never from the size you usually wear. Vivo runs differently from conventional shoes and differently between its own models, so check the guide for the exact model you are buying. Buying used, ask the seller how that pair runs on them.
